Join us for an informative presentation by Laura Pomereranke, MD. Dr. Pomeranke will review recent survival data and important considerations for making surgical decisions in breast cancer.
Dr. Laura Pomeranke is a surgeon specializing in breast cancer surgery. She attended medical school at University of Arizona and completed her residency in general surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Pomeranke has diligently served the Colorado Springs breast cancer community since 1993 and has worked within both of the larger hospital systems in our area. She is certified through the American Board of Surgery and has held numerous elected and volunteer positions for organizations within the Colorado Springs area for many years including El Paso County Medical Society, Penrose-St. Francis, Girl Scouts Board of Directors, Susan G. Komen Board of Directors, and TESSA Board of Directors. Her personal interests include fly fishing, gardening, cooking, film, and art.
